Mr. Hudelson wasted a year of my, and four other of my occupants' time. I decided to hire Mr. Hudelson because his counterpart, Jim, was recommended by one of the occupants in my vehicle at the time we were rear-ended. When I told Mr. Hudelson about this, he quickly responded and asked that I do not file a complaint and to give him another chance. So I did. Things were moving positively, up until the point he fell back into the same pattern he did before -- lack of responding and continuous excuses. I had enough so I terminated my agreement with him. I found myself in a difficult position because nobody wanted to take on a case that was a year old. Finally I found an attorney who took on my case with complete understanding care. He was able to settle very close to the terms that I had requested and I was very pleased. An old adage - things happen for a reason.
