I had a great experience with TCDJR. Tim the service manager was more than helpful and completed my air conditioning service in a timely manner. I did have an appointment that I made on their website. I used a coupon that was emailed to me for A/C service for $99. The email said that they match any competitors coupons. I do understand all the bad reviews though. In the past they treated me with little patience and the cashiers were not friendly. I decided to give them another chance and I am glad I did. Keep up the good work and your review rating will come up.
